Delivered in an 8 week interactive lecture format, 1.5 hours per week. Each lecture class will provide a work book with life tools and a place for lecture notes. We also provide your with continued support through the Life Balance Virtual Support web-site. It has lots of tools and information to help you live a life of wellness!

This Program is going to make living healthy as easy as it can possibly be. We provide you with food list, shopping list, dietary tips, calories counters, food journals, recipes and more.
In addition the Life Balance Program provides on going Virtual Support through our Life Balance support site providing you with personal access to my favorite recipes, food list, cooking tips, links to very informative web sites, exercise tips, tools to help you overcome the hurdles that come with any dietary life changing event
Cost
$30.00 per week with 50% paid at registration. If paid in full a 10% discount will be given for the program. Supplements are highly suggested. We recommend our brand because we know they are the best available on the market. Supplement cost is separate.
Wellness, Weight Management and Lifestyle Position
